So you are saying that Obama wasn’t born in HI but somewhere else outside the US and it’s territories, correct? It would appear to me that if he was born in HI a state of the US he would be a natural born citizen regardless of the parents citizenship.....
It’s been argued many ways I know but I don’t read the 14th Amendment Sec. 1 saying anything about the parents being citizens or how many have to be.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
Absolutely correct. He was born in HI, the issue disappears.
And that's really a two pronged proposition--he defeats you by proving he was born in HI; or he defeats you because you can't prove the negative--show he was born in Kenya for example. How secure are the records in Kenya? Do you suppose authorities there are going to preserve evidence that would disqualify him to serve as President of the US?
And I personally think if it does prove out that he was born in Kenya which is the current state of the record as far as I am concerned, the party is over for Obama.
