Why does a Daily Kos Diary writer, Democratic Party activist, and Obama supporter have two fake Hawaii Certifications of Live Birth posted to his Photobucket.com image album? Perhaps Jay Mckinnon, who appears on numerous progressive blogs under the screen name opendna and describes himself as a former federal officer and trained document expert for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) can explain the forged documents. One of the forgeries is appropriately labeled “Haye I.B. Aphorgerie” under CHILD’S NAME and the other is blank except for the same time (7:24PM) and Island of Birth (Oahu) as found on Obama’s suspect Certification of Live Birth. These forged documents were discovered in his photobucket.com album shortly after Daily Kos posted the alleged Obama Certification. Particularly interesting is the fact that neither of these fake documents displays the reversed time stamp found on the proffered Obama alleged Certification. The mostly blank certificate is thus perfect for the creation of a forgery. What follows below raises the question: is there a link between these forged documents and Barack Obama’s Certification of Live Birth posted at Daily Kos and on the Obama Campaign Website?
As a former broadcast news director and investigative journalist, I am cognizant of the importance of full documentation. So, in spite the fact that it may make reading this a little tedious, I am providing links to all of the information which follows. And, because of the tendency of things to disappear on the Internet, I have taken screenshots of each website which include properties boxes denoting the date and link of each item.
Let’s start with the forged Hawaii Certifications of Live Birth, which, as of 8am on June 26, 2008 still appeared in opendna’s photobucket.com album:

My grandmother was born in a county in Iowa where the courthouse and all its records, including her birth record, were destroyed in a fire. She had to jump through some hoops to get it, but the State of Iowa eventually issued her a delayed birth certificate based on some entries in a family Bible and public school records.
Again I ask: WHERE IS THE ORIGINAL?!?!?!?!

Of course, we could always try to go at it from the other side. Several members of Obama’s family have been quoted as saying he was born in Kenya. Does anyone know someone in Kenya who could look into it there? I wonder what’s involved in getting a copy birth certificate in Kenya.
Certificates of live birth can be, and are, issued any time after the birth -- even 70-plus years later. The fact that the DeCosta certificate of live birth was issued after November 2001 (apparently, according to the reversed impression of the date, on September 9, 2003) and bears the heading "State of Hawaii" has absolutely nothing to do with Hawaii's status when DeCosta was born back in 1930, at which time the birth certificate issued for her would have been headed "Territory of Hawaii."
Actually, Kerry didn’t refuse to release his military records, he said he did release them, end of story. Obama grasped the Daily Kos’ photoshop “birth certificate” and now claims they’ve release his birth certificate.

Of course you would - and do, on authentic documents. That's the whole purpose of seal embossing - it shows up equally on both sides.
His cert. also is missing the requisite stamp and signature of clerk.
In addition, his mother's race is listed as "Caucasian" and his father's as "African";
"African is NOT a race. People of all races are born in Africa.
Back in 1961, his race, if he were black, would have been listed as black or negroid.
If he were also, as many reports from Kenya have purported, Arab, his race may have been listed as Arab/black...
That is something O wouldn't want seen - then there is the question of place of birth.
Kenyan relatives have been reported to claim he was born there. Then there are the allusions to is having been born in Canada where his mother was sent to stay with relatives during her pregnancy. That was a common practice back then.
Bottom line, there are far too many discrepancies and questions here. This must be followed through.
Maybe some one can start a rumor that O is a closet republican. Were he a republican, he would already have been burned at the stake with this certificate used as fuel.
If they are both the same laser form (1.1), the borders should be identical. Patricia’s is very dark in comparison.
I know in Florida you can order a short form copy that gives the basics, and is cheaper, or you can order a certified copy of the original which gives more information, like birth weight, hospital name, etc. Most people order the short basic form for things like passports. That is what this looks like.
And it will not go away until it's settled even if Obama wins or loses the presidential election.

All I know is dealing with dysfunctional children with learning problems. I do math with them. Trying to get kids to do math long hand is like pulling teeth.
They always want a short cut and use the calculators.

Another thing for damn sure - it isn't McCain's responsibility or place to.
His own birth cert. is being authenticated in the courts.
It's up to the gov't - I don't know which dept. - to certify the eligibility of a presidential candidate. That's where the demands need to be made...
McCain, like Bush, is not to blame for everything in the world.

In Florida you can get a short form with just basics on it, and it would be on the most recent paper available in that office. A long form certificate in Florida is still copied onto the most recent version of vital records paper, even if it is the ‘original’ long form. They actually put the blue paper into the xerox.
So the version of paper is not a real stopper for me. What is troubling is the fact that though the Decosta certificate and the Obama certificate appear to be on the same paper version, the borders are dramatically different. All the paper should be the same.
