A senior official in the State of Hawaii's Department of Health, Director of Communications Janice Okubo, confirms that the image published and circulated by the Obama campaign as his "birth certificate" lacks the necessary embossed seal and signature.
Imagine if this were about the Republican nominee.

If this had been a republican candidate, some lib in the Hawaii bureaucracy would have already pulled a copy of the thing! Had it existed and been legitimate, we would have heard nothing about it.

Well of course it isn't valid. The certificate number is blacked out. What? They want to protect the person's identity!? (Actually, you never know. You make up a number and up pops Mrs. Ohawari saying SHE’s number 1239876432!)
Regardless, it isn't valid as per the clear and BOLD statement at the bottom:
“Any Alterations Invalidate this Certificate”

Imagine if this were about the Republican nominee. The eneMEDIA would ignore it until November.

As I recall, there *were* some questions earlier on about McCain's "eligibility". Now, it becomes quite apparent that this should be revisited, focusing on *who* was asking these questions and more importantly, *why*?
