They had nobody to blame but themselves. If they had just shown a tad of humility, they would have been forgiven...but they were prime bitches..they gambled, and they lost. They chose the wrong side...the side that didn’t buy their albums. I have absolutely no sympathy for them. And I was a big fan of their music.
And they are crying about being called the “Dixie Sluts”. LOL!

I never cared for their type of music but the hit they had out at the time they decided to do some bad mouthing was really good. I “would” have bought the album.
The Dixie Chicks pissed all over their fans by calling them “rednecks who shoot animals from their pickups”. The Chix just want to express idiotic opinions and insult their audience and the audience is expected to shut up and buy more albums from them. Words have consequences. Lots of people won’t go to Mel Gibson’s movies now, either, all because of stupid statements.
