The media’s template is that McCain has a temper.
The Democrats will keep trying to antagonize McCain with crap like these Wesley Clark comments to try to get McCain to raise his voice a bit.
When (if) he does, the media will pounce and broadcast the “outburst” again and again and again until the public believes that McCain is unfit to be elected.
The lead will be “Does John McCain’s temper mean trouble?” Or “McCain’s legendary temper - does it make him unfit?”
It’s a scheme between the Dems and the media.
But the fact that they are resorting to tactics like these now means to me that they are WORRIED.
