What is annoying the heck out of me is the obvious: Senator McCain's military experience DOES give him insight into becoming Commander in Chief, as President. Why does everyone dance around this? His military experience puts him light years ahead of Barack, and we are in a war. Military advisors give the advice, Barack would ask for a kumbaya translation of "military speak"; by then thousands might be dead, maimed, taken hostage.

In a snap, John McCain would understand the advice, the policy, immediately and move forward; saving not only TONS OF MONEY, but lives.

Analogy: Person rushed to hospital under emergency circumstances, two choices to deal with the situation.

An academic or a nurse. The MSM would pick the "academic" to perform a life-saving emergency, no doubts.
