Well, I've got mixed feeling about this: particularly since I've had to buy my own welders, generator, clamps, vises, tools, and miter and metal-cutting band saws without any government assist for my own welding and ornamental iron business. And pay Uncle Sam's taxes at the same time that allow me to give this guy a 2500.oo setup I can't afford myself.
But .... This kind of help, if freely given and willingly accepted, is much more effective than billions in the oil-for-fraud-in-the-UN program.
