I am pretty sure this is the longest period of time without a fatality since the war began. God Bless our Troops, our President, and the United States of America. I'm going to go pick up the NY Times to read the front page article they surely must have written about the fantastic success of George W. Bush and his policy of establishing a stable democracy in Iraq.
Beats the heck out of NYC, D.C. Detroit, Chicago and L.A. doesn’t it?
> No US fatalities in Iraq in last 10 days
Obviously this means that The Surge isn’t working! The War is lost! Retreat before it’s too late!/s
God Bless the Troops
God Bless America
*DieHard*
NO NO NO ..this means the troops are no longer needed...let’s pull them out NOW..../sarcasm
They will report it after Obams is elected and give him the credit.

If you think you're joking, brace up.
You are absolutely correct.
Bush thinks he will be judged by history as doing the right thing, which he did.
If Obama-the-Marxist wins, then history will read that Bush nearly destroyed the Bill of Rights, and that Obama single-handedly brought Peace to the middle east.
This must really be pissing the loony left off to no end. They used to do daily counts.
God-Bless our troops everywhere and please lets hope the ‘Casualty-Drought’ in Iraq will continue indefinitely.

Ten days. Wow. There are about 160,000 troops over there, so that says a lot.
For perspective, if you took 160,000 random motor vehicle operators in the U.S., you could expect one fatal on-the-job injury every 9 days.
Of course, the mass media will still write tons of “Americans are still dying” articles when we do get the next casualty.
I am not joking.
icasualties.org just listed the first American death in Iraq since June 26. It was not due to hostile action.
