There are critically important issues that aren't getting the attention they deserve. They are closely related but can be stated and analyzed separately:
* One is the bias of the mainstream media, which floods us with dishonest and fraudulent journalism that gives us a false picture of the world. This leads to the wrong decisions on public policy questions.
* Another is the willingness of the mainstream media to reveal national security secrets. The mainstream media led by the New York Times has developed a penchant for putting national security secrets on the front-page for no good reason.
*Still another is the anti-American, blame-America-first bias of the mainstream media. This tendency knows no end as recently demonstrated by a Philadelphia Inquirer column that should get the Pulitzer Prize for Stupidity. This column took the position we should hang our heads in shame on July 4th rather than celebrate it, and it should become a day of atonement instead of a day of celebration of the greatest nation in the history of the world. But I know the columnist and don't blame him. He suffers from the mental disease described by the great historian Paul Johnson - anti-Americanism. And he represents the tendencies of the mainstream, liberal media.

The muslim world is most likely controlling a lot of the media. If they can build new islands and build whole communities in the ocean, they can buy the media.

This is their primary complaint about how Bush is conducting the war on terror. “Not enough sacrifice” on the part of everyone in the country. Read this as “not enough of you are sacrificing your personal liberty”.
Read this as “not enough of you are sacrificing your paychecks”.

American gun owners and believers in the USA will never let it happen.
Should a democrat be in the White House during the next 9/11, he will immediately blame the Bush administration for the attack, stating that it is the result of 8 years of killing practitioners of the Religion of Peace, rather than discussing their complaints against the imperialist US. Our Marxist controlled govt will then ask the UN to appease, er, contact the terror group responsible and create a lasting peace. In short, it will be the time to own several acres in a very lightly populated area, have propane and solar power, a well, a septic system, bullet proof windows w/ bars, steel doors and plenty of guns.
