And for Breyer.
And supported the Miers nomination.
A President McCain will find he can only appoint (and get confirmed) judges the Dems approve. They will most probably have an even bigger control in the Senate. McCain will have to pander to the Dems on the Judiciay Committee especially for any SC justice nominees. And they won't allow the SC to shift any further to the right.
