Besides his Board of Education duties, Vince is a Board member for Jefferson County PTA, Grant Ranch Master’s Homeowner’s Association and the Grant Water and Sanitation. He is a former co-chair of the Jefferson County Cultural Council and a graduate of Wichita State University. Vince is self-employed as an insurance agent.
