Sick hearts and minds.
I just saw a documentary on Fred Phelps and his ‘church’ yesterday...I dont know if it is a new documentary, or the same one that you are talking about...I unfortunately tuned in after the docu had already began, so I did not see it from the beginning...
But what I did see, was truly scary...they interviewed one of Phelp’s many children, a son...he said, that folks think that when, and the son even said ‘if’, his father dies, that this group will then break apart, disband, and no longer engage in the evil that they now engage in...this son, said, Hah, when his dad dies, the group is going to just ramp up, and become even more active...because Phelp’s children and grandchildren are anxious to become even more public, and more active...he almost made it sound as if Fred Phelps himself, is keeping a lid on things, and when Fred dies, the lid will explode off, and this group will become even more vicious...
They interviewed some of the kids and it was quite something...most of the kids, were asked about how they felt carrying their signs, and protesting at the funerals of soldiers, and these kids all said, they really enjoyed it, and felt they were doing God’s work...they were asked for their favorite slogans, on the signs, and each little kid would say what his favorite slogan was...but when the interviewer, asked them exactly what that slogan meant, then the kids twitched, and some said, they did not know what those slogans meant, some said, well, it means, that all those nasty people are going to burn in Hell forever, some just mumbled...
They also had phone interviews, with two of Phelps, children, that ran from his home and influence when they were able...they interviewed a son and a daughter who had left...what this son and daughter had to say, was most interesting...they said that Phelps, is an absolute dictator, within his family, everyone defers to him, and that Phelps, is a very angry, very violent, very hate filled man....according to their reports, Phelps used to beat all of his children, for the slightest real or simply perceived wrong they had done, towards him...apparently Phelps had this belt that he used to use on them all of them, and the least amount of lashings one would get with this belt was usually around 7...that belt was used so frequently, and with such force, that it eventually became tattered and frayed on the ends...when Phelps used that belt, with the tattered ends, those tattered ends, hitting a child’s flesh, was like being cut with a knife, and often the children, had several bleeding and oozing cuts and gashes from the tatters..
Both of Phelps children say, that for whatever reason, Phelps is filled with hate, and they dont know the reason for it....they believe that he is so filled with hate, that he must vent it, and when venting out this hate on his own family is not enough, he takes his hate to the streets, protesting all of the funerals he can get his ‘church’ to....
Apparently Phelps had 13 children in total...I know for sure, that two left the Phelps household, as they were interviewed about their reasons for leaving...so I dont really know how many of Phelps children have remained and how many have actually left...seems as if enough have remained tho, to provide Phelps ‘church’ with lots of members of present and future generations, to carry on Phelps evil plans...
The Secret Service is far too professional for that, but it would be fun to see at least ONE governor announce that he'll pardon anyone who shoots the one of the Phelps gang at the funeral of a patriotic American taking place in his state.

One other thing I forgot to mention from yesterdays documentary was this...when the son was talking, he was talking about some incident that had happened maybe 10, 11 years ago, where either Phelps home, or church was bombed by what the son called an IED...apparently there were about 3-4 other similar bombings in the same area, but the son is convinced that the other bombings were just carried off, in order to divert suspicion, that the true target of these bombings, was Phelps and his group...
Then the son went to to talk about how no one had ever heard much about IED’s ten years ago, but now we hear about them all the time, especially in Iraq...the son claims, that because someone used an IED to bomb the Phelps group, God has now retaliated by killing and maiming thousands of soldiers, using IED’s, simply in order to show, that God approves of Phelps and his group, and will retaliate against anyone who is against Phelps and his group...
Talk about conspiracy driven, hate driven, odd ball notion...yeah, right, God is sending down IED’s on soldiers in Iraq, in order to warn us, that we should never go against Fred Phelps...these people actually believe this drivel, and their small children do as well...

Phelps and co. are just what the left wing media seeks, as it allows them the more easily to use his gang to characterize Christians by, in order to turn public opinion against them, as Hitler did to the Jews, and which makes most Christian churches, which are inordinately fearful of rejection and seek the world’s acceptance, to be so fearful of being charged with being hateful that they dare not take any real Biblical stand against homosexuality sin and for the salvation of those in it.
If it’s any consolation, I have called the Alexandria PD and the Secret Service to notify them of these plans.
I was treated VERY courteously. These folks know about those nut-cases!! Each time I got, “Oh, no! Not those folks again!”
I am sure that with the President attending the funeral, security will be well-handled.

One thing I notice is that no gay rights groups come to protest when WBC protest. Also, with all the lawsuits they win, it still does not explain how they still operate. They must be funded by someone, most likely George Soros. Also, WBC is a business for their law firm.
Is there any book about Fred Phelps and WBC? I have never seen any of them. I know there are documentaries of them. I have read Fred Phelps is not a very religious person. I think he is a closeted homosexual.
Phelps himself has been at it since the 1960s or so. However there is a group called ‘Phags For Phelps’ which sends them donations for legal fees. It’s a group of homosexuals who fully understand that Phelps and his bunch make people opposed to homosexuality look bad.
