Wouldn’t surprise me a bit after the topless Rigoletto they broadcast one weekend afternoon a few years ago. When I called the local PBS affiliate, WETA, to complain, I was told 1) no, they would not tell me who the underwriting sponsors were and 2) to get over being so prudish. But who in the world wants to see a naked geezer?
