My fiancee got raped, my fiancee's friend got raped, my one of my former best friend's sisters got raped, one of my current friends got raped and they all filed police reports. None of them really made the news reel, you know why? Rape doesn't make the news. It doesn't make the newspaper nor does it make the TV news. Heck, it hardly makes the online news. Rape is a very common crime that happens every day. You want the news media to report every rape that happens, even if it's a gang rape? Prepare for 8 inch thick newspapers on your front porch.
