Obama won’t debate and won’t go on shows where he might be shown to be anything more than an empty suit.
He’s never had a major opponent, spent hardly any time in congress, and from what I can see has been propped up like a doll and marketed by the democrat liberal Chicago machine all his life. He’s voted “present” for any number of things. When questionaires have been found with his handwriting showing how he really feels, he’s tried to lie them away.
He’s lived most of his life filling the requirements for a liberal black constituency.
Now suddenly he’s found his positions seem to be looked at as “radical” for a presidential candidate, and the only reason he’s gotten the far is a lapdog press, panting and whining and covering for their extreme candidate. He’s spinning desperately trying to cover, and the MSM is doing their best to help him.
But this last flip, to not immediately, irrationally withdraw from the war, was too much for his moonloony netroots. He’s had to backtrack. He delivered the most nonsensical, flowery speech yesterday, trying to placate them.
The lib media is trying their best to cover for him. But even the WaPo is finding it hard.
Their are 2 issues that the R’s should ride all the way to the WH...the success in Iraq and the need to Drill...if they can’t exploit that against a far left novice then wth good is the GOP?
Well said- the empty suit is a cliche- but never more apt than when applied to Obama. I try to picture him sitting down with his advisors when he discovers he must Barack-track on his previous stands. Because his core seems so empty- it’s difficult to picture such a meeting- other than Axelrod writing up the new talking points...
