Bush directed state courts to do so but the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in March that Bush had no authority to do this, leading Texas to schedule Medellin's execution for August. the US supreme court was right Bush had no authority to order the executions reviewed or delayed, not to mention that this is gross interference with our national sovereignty! but then again what liberal is really concerned with your safety?
