Liberals only had one policy: blame W for everything. Whatever occurred, W was to blame. When you think about it, it’s a brilliant strategy.
To fight back against this tactic, W would have had to daily refute the constant deluge of criticism. Ultimately it wore down support for W and the war on terror.
