In Korea, one of my soldiers once made a very insightful observation:
"You know sir, when I got here last winter, all the Korean women were wearing these short skirts, and I thought, 'Geeze, I can't wait to see what they wear in the summer.' Then summer got here and they all started wearing jeans!"
