A little tactless, but true.

Overt concern for being “tactless” and politically correct is what got England into the problems it faces today...

Nugent ... thinks the problem would stop if Britons were allowed to arm themselves with guns.
He's absolutely right.

The only reason why this restrained statement of obvious truth is considered an “outrageous rant” is because Socialism is a mental disorder that prevents those afflicted from grasping basic logical concepts.
I think, however, that his words will ring entirely true with many British FReepers here, even if the delivery may be somewhat off-putting.

Ted’s aiming to be charged with a hate crime... It is a hate crime to hate crime, right? I get so confused...

Did you make that up yourself? I like it!

ROFL. I can just picture the Brits fainting and spilling their tea, and their nannies and butlers trying to revive them over hearing this. I wish I was an enterprising criminal with access to a ton of .38 snub-nosed revolvers. I’d sell them on the street for $100 bucks apiece, and be rich.

That rant is full of Nugenty goodness.

It's unlikely anti-knife campaigners are going to take Nugent's ideas seriously however.Let me guess... The anti-knifers are the same folks who were anti-gun.

They aren’t smart enough to get what he’s saying.

"Police figures to be released today are expected to show 25,000 stabbings were committed in England and Wales in the last 12 months."
I wonder how many shootings they had in a 12 month period before they took away everyone's guns......
I think it's time to give their guns back!
