KUALA LUMPUR: MCA vice-president Datuk Ong Tee Keat, who is going for the presidency, is keeping mum on who his running mate will be during the party election in October.
Ong declined to reveal any names, instead stressing that the important thing was that he offered his service and volunteered himself for the party.
"I am going to release my roadmap soon, which will not be just a mere declaration. We need to have commitment and come out with a realistic strategy.
"Whatever things that we map out should be realisable and able to be implemented. This is more dear to my heart," he told reporters Saturday after handing over aids to residents of Kampung Cheras Baru and Kampung Pandan Dalam here.
