Alright, listen up, people. Our fugitive has been on the run for ninety minutes. Average foot speed over uneven ground barring injuries is 4 miles-per-hour. That gives us a radius of six miles. What I want from each and every one of you is a hard-target search of every gas station, residence, warehouse, farmhouse, henhouse, outhouse and doghouse in that area. Checkpoints go up at fifteen miles. Your fugitive's name is . Go get him.

From Cindy's link (many thanks):
McCumber ... was imprisoned first in October 1987 with a 35-year sentence for robbery in Bexar County and was paroled five years later in September 1992. He picked up a burglary conviction the following year, also in Bexar County, and was returned to prison in July 1993. ... paroled in October 2003, then returned with a parole revocation last October. He also has two 17-year sentences for burglary and possession of a firearm by a felon, both out of Limestone County.
And the stupid prison lets this multiple felon become a trusty and work outside the walls? Seems you all need to put a couple of others on the containment side of the bars.
