Truth is, people can live on a LOT less than you’d think, especially if mom is cooking from scratch, everyone wears hand-me-downs and plays with hand-me-down toys, and no one drives all that much. It requires a great deal of sacrifice, of course, but it can be done.
And when you really love what you’re doing, it doesn’t feel like sacrifice is the right word, does it?
