If Obama isn’t eligible, than neither is McCain.
If Obama isnt eligible, than neither is McCain.
***I’d be happy if both were kicked to the curb.
The hospital where John McCain was born was located on U.S. territory.
To be eligible one must be born within the physical boundaries of the United States or its territories.
That does not follow. Both his parents were natural born US citizens and his father was stationed in the Canal Zone pursuant to military orders - Dad was a naval officer. The citizenship laws at the time considered him to be a ‘natural born’ US citizen. The same is true today.
Why do you say that?
“If Obama isnt eligible, than neither is McCain.”
McCain does not hold dual citizenship.
That could be a good thing right there.
Apples and Oranges.
McCain is a natural-born citizen under the law. He was born to a military family serving in U.S. territory.
If there were a shred of evidence that Barak Hussein Obama were born in the U.S. it would have been presented by now. The fact that it has not speaks loudly.
Barak Hussein Obama is not even a U.S. citizen, since he has not gone through the naturalization process, which is necessary because he was born in foreign territory, and his mother does not qualify him as a citizen under the law, and thus he is not even serving legally in the Senate.
McCain was born on a military base which makes him a citizen. His parents were US citizens, his father in the military.
Wrong. The statute implementation of the Constitutional provision admits McCain, bars an O’Bama if he had a foreign father and was born to an American mother who had lived less than 5 years in the United States as an adult.
