Japanese Americans were interned in American concentration camps and the only way out was for the males to volunteer to serve in the US Army. Many of them were American-born. It took the US 60 years to apologize to its citizens of Japanese ancestry.
Get off your soap Hopless. The video of the ITN farse exists showing that the "prisoners" were on the wrong side of the fencethe outside! The whole thing was intended to rouse the world's Jewish public opinion and use its influence to help the Muslims.
The same tactic was used with Albanians. To their shame, they were duped both times. The Serbs did nothing different in Kosovo then what the Isralis did fighting terrorists and insurgents.
Instructions for Hoplite: dig hole in sand and insert head.
What about the material in post #48 is too difficult for you to understand?
The inmates were not there of their own free will, they were not able to leave, they were mistreated and some were murdered or raped while they were there.
And I don't recall Japanese American being taken from their camps and massacred, as happened to inmates from Trnopolje at Vlasic Mountain.
But then I wouldn't, because as baleful an episode as our treatment of Japanese Americans was, it just doesn't even remotely compare to what the Serbs perpetrated in Bosnia, and in my experience nobody's ever been stupid enough to try to attempt to equate the two before you.
