A late-game brawl Tuesday in the Los Angeles Sparks' 84-81 Women's National Basketball Association win over the Detroit Shock saw three players an assistant coach ejected.

The incident began after a made free throw by Los Angeles, when Sparks rookie sensation Candace Parker got tangled with Shock's Plenette Pierson and both fell to the floor.

That is not a brawl. It’s a little bit of pushing; nothing more.

I hate the WNBA. The local sports radio station covers the local NBA team so they are forced to broadcast the WNBA team too. When I hear the lesbos cheering in the background I switch stations. Thankfully, ESPN radio now had a local affiliate so I switch to that although I have to put up with tons of WNBA ads for the ESPN2 and ABC broadcasts. They play this “Super Woman” music in the background. I turn off the radio for a minute to avoid listening to it.
What would be funny if Obama becomes President and he actually gets that comparative worth legislation passed that he has been advocating. Maybe the WNBA players will sue demanding to be paid the same as NBA players since they are performing the same “job”. David Stern would shut down the WNBA in a NY minute if that happened. Although the players might sue then claiming sex discrimination. LOL!!!

I don’t begrudge giving women the chance to earn a living by playing professional basketball. Just don’t ask me to watch. I’d just as soon watch senior lesbian golf.

“We need more white people!” true, because we all know white people NEVER fight in any sports event, especially hockey.

"Girls adopting boys games then GET MAD, like the boys and throw punches....sad state for girls"

EQUALITY!

women acting as bad as men...isn't progress wonderful?

I seriously think that all those hormones and antibiotics that have been slipped into our food for the last 60 yrs or so have increased testosterone levels in females....young females are much more sexualized and much more violent....

it would explain a lot....you get a lot of these macho black females that could kill you over the slightest provocation...same for whites.....

of course our crass society pushes females as sex objects so why should we be surprised that females act more like males...
