I’d have to be so drunk to decide to go in there, I don’t think I’d be able to walk in.

It not only looks ugly, it looks dilapidated, and it isn't even finished yet.
When you can spot substandard concrete at 200 yards or so, it's really bad!
I don't believe I'd want to be within that distance of the place. It might fall down.

One of the things I read years ago about this project was that the NKs could not make the windows themselves. I know such window glass is normally impact resistant and not the simplest, but apparently, they have not even perfected the art of simple glass making and windows throughout the rest of NK are full of air bubbles.

His peasants eat dirt for food and he spends 2 billion for that monstrosity. Disgusting.

Isn't this lovely? One day, North Korea is the third leg of the Axis of Evil, then the next day they fax a worthless piece of paper to the ChiComs in Beijing and suddenly our illustrious Bush Administration decides that those Six Party Yuk-Yuks are making progress, and 37,000 tons of wheat are unloaded at the North Korean port of Nampo within days and you can be sure that the North Korean military appreciates it very much.
Meanwhile, the North Korean people as a whole continue to suffer the tortures and deprivations of Comrade Chia Pet's regime, and they can thank the White House 'Enduring Legacy Commission' for selling them out.
I hope Condi the Piano Player can sleep well at night.
Actually, I don't.

The concrete was cured improperly. If you look closely at the foundation you can see it crumbling.
