Wilson's Fourteen Points relate to the Treaty of Versailles and its "negotiated" terms at the conclusion of World War I, the war to "end all wars" - but wasn't.

That still didn't answer my question. I don't see the parallel you are drawing between President Wilson and Obama’s, I want to rule the world, irrelevance.

President Wilson's 14 points proposed geopolitical solutions for nation building to prevent conditions which lead to war between nations. Obama cites social issues and proposes global redistribution of wealth at the expense of the West. It's basically 'give the have-nots what they cannot earn' in the belief it's humane or some type of solution to poverty and a lack of self-governance.
Comparing Obama to President Wilson is intellectual fraud on a grand scale.
