If ignorance and poverty are responsible for the growth of extremist views in the Islamic world, someone needs ask Muslim students, privileged enough and bright enough to attend some of the United Kingdom's best universities, why one-in-three of them endorses killing in the name of Islam.
The report of this finding, based on a poll of 600 Muslim and 800 non-Muslim students at 12 universities in the UK, and conducted by YouGov on behalf of the Center for Social Cohesion, will be released tomorrow as "Islam on Campus."
Among its findings of Muslim beliefs:
40 per cent support introduction of sharia into British law for Muslims
One-third back the idea of a worldwide Islamic caliphate based on sharia law
40 per believe it is unacceptable for Muslim men and women to associate freely
24 per cent do not think men and women are equal in the eyes of Allah
25 percent have little or no respect for homosexuals.
53 per cent believe killing in the name of religion is never justified (compared with 94 per cent of non-Muslims), while 32 per cent say it is
57 percent believe Muslim soldiers serving in the UK military should be able to refuse duty in Muslim countries
More than half favor an Islamic political party to support their views in parliament
One-third don't think or don't know if Islam is compatible with Western views of democracy

It’s very obvious they’ve got a massive problem brewing, and these are college students surrounded by pubs and adolescent behavior. This says nothing about those still on the street.
Unless they are lying, only one third understand the koran and hadith.

Tabari 7:97 The morning after the murder of Ashraf, the Prophet declared,"Kill any Jew who falls under your power."
Ibn Ishaq: 327 - “Allah said, ‘A prophet must slaughter before collecting captives. A slaughtered enemy is driven from the land. Muhammad, you craved the desires of this world, its goods and the ransom captives would bring. But Allah desires killing them to manifest the religion.’”
If you truly have a better idea, a superior concept, a more acceptable religion, you shouldn’t have to murder people to convince them to join it. Members should be won on its merits, not by force. I don’t care if a religion I don’t believe in says I’m going to hell, as long as they are not in a great big hurry to send me there.
There are two worlds. The civilized and the barbarians. The Muslims are savages stuck in the 12th century.

When dealing with uncivilized and superstitious people, appealing to civility and reason is ineffective. However, passively playing on their superstitions is a grand way to make them show their true colors.
For instance, many of us recall how, in elementary school, we played games about “cooties”, inflicting them on each other with some glee.
But many Muslims continue to have such beliefs into adulthood. Now how childish is that? They are loathe to touch infidels, pigs, dogs, women they are not attacking, etc. But this makes them vulnerable to “contamination”.
While English schools may not serve pork in deference to Muslims, how many have gone so far as to prohibit the consumption of bacon on their campus? Probably none. So what will prevent students from munching down on the delectable snack, then just refraining from washing their hands?
Bacon grease smeared hither and yon. A minefield of doorknobs, handrails, school desks, etc., all covered with delicious smelling bacon grease.
And when a Muslim puts their hand on some, the wit can politely ask, “Do you know where the restroom is?, I need to wash off some pork grease.”
Even if the school bans bacon, from that point, the Muslims will be sensitive to anything greasy or oily.
Other things that disturb them include just pictures of dogs or pigs, the soles of shoes, the Koran, etc., etc. And touchiness just begs for torment.
We’re going to find out, sooner or later, if Achmed will pray, to a smoking crater.
