Very sad, when you gotta be armed just to go to church.One of my ancestors was a preacher on the frontier in the 1790s, and everyone brought their guns to church. Not a bad idea even today.

That being said, the term “Church” is relative in the case of Unitarian Universalists...and certainly nothing “Christian” about it.
