Nope. McCaskill tried to get a bill passed in the last election cycle to clarify McCain’s status so that it would be clear that he could run.
It didn’t pass.
McCain was not born on US territory, in the opinion of many constitutional scholars and lawyers that means he is not a “natural-born citizen”.
Do you seriously think the left will not use this fact to try to undermine a McCain presidency?
