***f I were on the jury, and all we had was what’s been presented here, I’d find for the cop, simply because there is enough video missing to cause reasonable doubt.***

Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty?

Don't know, you should ask those who have found him guilty.

For those that say maybe the cop was down on one knee: you mean when the camera was looking towards the intersection? I don’t know, you don’t know, nobody knows unless they were right there to witness it.

Look to me like the cop got a sudden case of JBT syndrome.

Of the dozens of riders that went passed them, why single out the one guy?

I don’t get this.

Who, the cop? Yeah

Excessive force

It isn't over, my susupicions are that there is another tape out there, and we will get to see things about Biker Boy that shows the force used to stop him was, in facr, justified.

I watch Cops from time to time, as do a lot of people.

Often, the perp tries to run from the cop in his car, and when he’s finally cornered, he turns and rams the cop car.

This guy did just the same thing, tried to run because (I’m predicting) he did something that justified taking him down. When he couldn’t get away, he turned and rammed the cop. Same as the perps in a car, only this one was a guy with a bike, and a cop on foot.

I’m predicting that another tape will show up, and it will show Biker Boys actions prior.

Why are you choosing to side with a known Leftist group member? These guys want to hurt America, and they are using bicycle chaos to do it.

I’m siding with somebody that’s a victim of excessive force.

Would you like it if you were to make a turn without using the blinker, and out of nowhere half a dozen cop cars come screaming at you, and they force you to the ground at gunpoint?

If that's your criteria, you're not seeing this as it really is. Step back a bit and look at the big picture, you’re choosing the wrong side.

Biker Boy is part of a worldwide system that used excessive force to kill over 100 million people in the last century, and he's trying to bring it here.

Why should the rider’s politics factor into it? The cop singled the guy out and tackled him. That’s what the video shows.

Who would be at fault? The cyclist who momentarily has no control over his body, due to being tasered, or the cop who tasers the cyclist?

The criminal cyclist who was recklessly riding through stop signs and stoplights. He would be responsible for any other results of his crime or for anything that happened while stopping him the same as ANY OTHER criminal.

The officer didn’t address what he might have seen. My feeling is that if he didn’t say it he didn’t see it. The kid got creamed about 2 feet before he got to the grate which the officer forced him toward. I saw other bike riders ride over it but most people would try to avoid it if they could. And the kid was 20 to 30 inches from the curb. Its not a “which was it” situation. They aren’t mutually exclusive. I’m not being cross examined. Look at the tape.

Also, I’m not asserting an unusual view of this incident. I haven’t been relieved of my gun and badge 3 weeks into my police career on my first arrest. Personally I hope they let this guy off although it would be hard to do. He’s a third generation cop and that means something to me. My dad was a cop between 1930 and 1938 in Cincinnati and he was a very hard man. If they do let this young man off then he’s probably learned something very valuable. That is that a career can be gone in a heartbeat if you make a bad decision.
