With the existence of this video the charges will not stane up in court, at least not on first appeal. Cops in public places need to be aware of the ubiquity of vidcams.
And any defense attorney knows this. So, if t'were me...the very first thing I'd do as a defense attorney would be to find some basis to file a motion to suppress the video.
