It should be about the development and implementation of a COMPREHENSIVE ENERGY POLICY that includes ANWAR and offshore drilling, refining capacity, nuclear power, natural gas, coal, hydro, wind, solar, thermal, conservation, and R & D.”

We (Republicans) in Congress have generally acted like pantywaists. And did it make us any points with the other side? NO! It rather emboldened them to know we were push overs. Look at the mess it resulted in over 7+
years. Wasted the best opportunity we had in many years.
