Those jets would last about 5 minutes.

Don’t forget the Russian air defense system, Hugo. You remember, the Syrian model?

Hey, Hugo, just wait until I get elected... then Nancy, Harry and I will unconditionally surrender to you and your Iranian friends.

ROFL...... hey Hugo, you blithering moron!!! Ever heard of the F-22 “Raptor”????? You are now the proud owner of 24 jets we call “targets” — we won’t need to send more than four F-22s max to take out your new “air force”

And you think Obama is going to send the Raptors in against Chavez? My bet is that program is going to be killed so fast your head will swim.

and are ready to defend his country from “imperialist” aggressions. ..................... I think he really means “ready to assist his imperialist aggression on his neighbors” 24 airplanes? OK, how many will be in flying condition if they are needed to prevent an attack of fighters, that he won’t even know they are there, until he finds his burning on the ground. Hope he uses his fuel sparingly, if he puts too much fuel in their tanks, they may just take off and disappear with the pilot. Jimmah, you flamming exhaust pipe, you have done wonders!

What kind of idiot would go up against an F-22 in one of those.

Suicide mission.

He’s like a little kid who’s starved for attention. Don’t know whether we should just ignore him and leave him to throw a tantrum or spank him and send him to Iran for retirement.

Which invasion does Hugo have in mind? Has anyone acted as if they are going to invade Venezuela? Perhaps the poor guy can’t get sleep, or is having bad dreams.

24 Russian jets=24 DFCs

That is, of course, if the division leads are generous to dash-2/3/4.

He’s not expecting to be invaded, this is just big talk to impress the mobs.

He has been at war with Colombia since the day he took office. He was funded by FARC before he took office, and he’s been funding them since then. He is FARC. Venezuela has essentially become FARC headquarters; FARC headquarters is Miraflores in Caracas. Venezuelans have lost their country.

He’s playing a high-stakes game. If Obama wins, the whole dynamic changes. Uribe won’t be in office that much longer. If Colombia elects Obama-light, if President Obama cuts off military assistance to Bogota, everything changes. Chavez already has allies in Ecuador, and Bolivia, and Argentina, and Nicaragua. He has attempted a military rebellion in Peru. He came within a hare’s breath, or is it a hair’s breadth, of putting his man into the Mexican presidency.

The game is still on.
