Maybe he had “nothing to say”, but he had the “emphatic thumb gesture” down pat.

“They cant see that 100 apples and one buyer makes for cheap apples and 100 buyers and one apples makes for expensive apples.”

nor do they appreciate the difference between picking apples in an apple orchard (anwr)
as opposed to rummaging through the forest hoping to encounter the occasional apple tree (use it or lose it)

“That should be played all day and night until the election is over.”

This is a gift to the McCain camp. What a great campaign ad this clip would make. Nothing controversial or dirty handed, just Obama in his own words saying he's not ready. Clinton could of used this as well.

“I didn’t know Ben Franklin was President.”

Not to mention Alexander Hamilton...

In Obamaland, there apparently are 57 states and there have been at least 45 presidents.

“Obama said himself that he lacked experience to run for President in 2008.”

C’mon, let’s be fair. In the interview, Obama was saying he didn’t have enough experience since he hadn’t yet served even a day in the Senate.

But he didn’t start his presidential candidacy until he’d gotten 143 days under his belt. Unless you’re a racist, it should be obvious that’s all the experience that someone with his talents would ever need. It’s insulting, demeaning and possibly even libelous to compare this extraordinary man to the common politicians we’ve elected as our presidents to date.

Thus, we need not fear that he would be the least experienced president ever elected. George Washington, Abraham Lincoln and others obviously NEEDED experience to carry out their duties responsibly. But we should not foolishly believe the same should be expected or required of a man who can walk on water...

You know, I learned something from all that President’s on a dollar talk. I didn’t know Ben Franklin was President. Learn something everyday.

He was from the 57th state.

Granted Lincoln did not have a vast amount of experience when he was elected, but the issues of 1860 were no where near what they are today. It is a much more complex World today and what is required of the President is much more demanding, and with that we should expect that the person who is going to be leader of the Free World to have the experience to make tough decisions.
