Obtain a clear photo of him, photoshop the baby into the photo, and print. Take a blurred photo of the print and tada.
But he WAS at the hotel where the baby and mommy were at...at 2 something AM. That’s indisputable. If he were MY husband I’d want some answers to that.
Skepticism not required for this one.
Some years ago when I practiced law, I was consulted by a celeb to bring an action against the Enquirer for slander. It was a nasty article.
I spent some time looking into their procedures and track record. They are VERY careful and are almost never successfully sued. To be sure, the Enquirer is sensationalist and always goes for the lowest-common-denominator in subject matter as long as it has sex, violence, infidelity and celebrity. But IMHO, they maintain higher journalistic standards for accuracy and having solid, defensible backup for their stories than does Reuters, AP, NYT, WAPO etc.
I would be shocked if that photo were phony. In fact, I believe that the Enquirer would never have published some of the ginned-up photos that got thru Reuters and AP's filters during the Israeli dustup with Hezbollah.
