Don’t like Edwards anyway, the real hypocrisy here is that edwards absolutely used his wife’s cancer and his devotion to her in an effort to save his presidential campaign. Of course, as with Elliot Spitzer it’s hard to know how much the wife’s own ambition was involved.

So he admits that he paid her over $100k to travel with him and that they had sex. But he insists that this ‘affair’ - I’d call it an ‘arrangement’ - ended over a year ago and that the kid’s not his and that he has not been supporting her.
