Absolutely. I have a friend who practices family law who says it’s practically malpractice to represent a woman in a child custody case and not allege some form of child-involved misbehavior on the part of the husband. That’s the primary reason why she only represents men.
What’s a little stunning is that anybody who’s spent any time in the system here or down under would actually take the claim at face value.
