It seems to me that these so called police units have gotten more than out of control.
Why in the name of all that is sacred to America do we need overly armed men in black ski masks breaking into citizens homes with shoot first orders.
These units are openly violating the constitution.
Ever since the RICO laws were enacted many law enforcement officials see these laws as ways to equip their departments with car's and equipment they can not afford.
It is time to repeal the RICO laws and the sooner the better.

Since January 2000 alone, six SWAT teams were put into action in the state, most recently in tiny Forest County, where only 18 patrol officers serve a 1,000-square-mile jurisdiction with a population of just over 9,000.
