If only one parent was a US citizen at the time of nObama's birth, which was true, his Mom must have resided in the United States for at least ten years, at least five of which had to be after the age of 16. My emphasis added to show you what you have missed.
Mama nObama was only 18 at his birth, thus he, according to this, is only a naturalized US citizen like Schwarzenegger.

It’s the author who doesn’t read the entire law. Obama was born in the United sates of America; it makes no difference what the nationality of his parents was.
