Georgia already would be a NATO member State if “I were in charge”....not for talky-talky bargaining “{we condemn you and put sanctions on you” purposes....for collective protection purposes to once again stop the expansion of the Russian empire.

Germany vetoed Georgia's entry into NATO. Would you have invade them first BEFORE you blew up Russia?

Yep....somewhere in there I must've said I'd blow up Russia. Lemme check. Nope...just not seein' it. I didn't know that "protecting Georgia as a member-State of NATO" means "blowing up Russia." Fine then, they're just having a small civil war amongst Russian provinces.....it's all an internal matter. GO POOTY POOT!!! SQUASH THE REBELLION!!!

....as an addendum to my "if I were in charge" hypothetical....If "I were in charge" and Germany vetoed ANYTHING I wanted them to go along with in the interest of my country, I'd tell them that if they didn't rethink their stance we'd pull every single troop we've got out of Germany and then see how quickly they changed their tune...I'm sure they'd love to be under the new Curtain...again for those that were the first time around.

As a matter of fact, how do you invade a country you already technically occupy?
