This is good. People should be informed about what abortion really is.
I was unable to find a bio for this judge, but I did find an article stating that he was appointed by Gov. Gray Davis.
My guess is that he was a liberal who has been mugged by reality and thereby was converted.
The story I googled is in the Gay Lesbian Times. WARNING: THIS STORY IS SICK AND SHOULD BE VIEWED AT YOUR OWN RISK. But it might explain why the judge went against all the rules of California political correctness and actually made a decent decision.

So Planned Parenthood and other aboriton advocates have made abotion legal. When will they work on making it “safe” and “rare” as they promised?
I bet the pro-abort politicians and their followers (Dems and Repugnantcans alike) are having hissy fits about this.
