Friend, the British Isles are increasingly, and unfortunately, full of drunken, loutish yobs who are of Anglo, Saxon, Scot, Irish, Manx, Welsh, Pict, Dane, Paki, Polish and every other type of ethnic and national origin.

Sad but true. And 99 times out of 100, it's drunken yobs that are responsible for rapes and all other types of felonious assault.
