I think some it is that the truly rich have such cushy lives, so it’s not that big of a deal to be kept in one’s home — when the home is a palace and you can escape to Europe/America at your whim.
The lower class (er, lower money) muzzies are more abused, I think.

I have met and dealt with some Saudi princes, they make billy jeff appear chaste and teddy sober. Based on their appearance and actions, I feel sure they enjoyed nose candy too, but keep that from us infidels.
