I took a zoom look at it with my Apple Preview program and got the same blurred image that you posted. Usually though, news websites will let you click on a picture to enlarge it without the picture being blurred.

What gives you the idea that the contents are fraudulent?
I have no problem with it, but I think ANY and ALL Jews can get dual citizenship. I would bet that Lieberman has it also.
The Constitution does not address the situation.
BTW, most folks with dual citizenship, or who could claim dual citizenship, are unaware of the fact, or they've never asserted their right, and probably don't care.
George Washington was, according to British law, a UK subject. He was also a citizen of Virginia per the Treaty of Paris. Later on, he became a citizen of the United States.
If you carefully read the Constitution you will find that ALL AMERICANS are citizens of a state and of the nation as a whole. We are born with dual citizenship.
Just to be clear, are you saying you would have no problem with a US President who has dual allegiance, allegiance to the US of A and to another country?
The individual affected by that right did nothing to acquire it.

If the original is still extant, I believe the age and composition of the ink can be checked. Beats the heck out of a fax of a Word doc.
Ergo, any child Obama's step-daddy entered into a Catholic school would have to be identified as a Moslem. On the other hand, I don't think that school asked that question ~ not consistent with what I have been informed is a world-wide Catholic practice.

You don’t have any idea what I’m proffering then. Others are making the argument that dual citizenship disqualifies him, not I. My argument is that he is a liar, and he released a forged COLB. He needs to be impeached for the latter.
The business of apostasy requires first that you offer a chance to recant ~ with hypocrisy it's just a simple "Kill the hypocrites" sort of thing.
