Where does the Constitution say that?
I live in Michigan. Jennifer Granholm is our Governor. (not bragging, just a fact).
It’s been stated by lots and lots of Journalists, etc back a couple of years ago when she was buddying up with John Kerry, that she would never be able to run as President because of her dual citizenship.
Unless there’s another reason.
