DENVER (AP/CBS4) An advocacy group for Somali immigrants has cautioned against linking terrorism to a man found dead in a Denver hotel with a pound of highly toxic sodium cyanide in his room. U.S. Attorney General Michael Mukasey said Thursday terrorism couldn't be ruled out, but that it was not indicated in the investigation.
Saleman Abdirahman Dirie, 29, of Ottawa was found dead Monday, and police say a powder found in his room was cyanide.
The cause of death hasn't been established. Police say they don't suspect foul play and the FBI says there's no apparent connection to terrorism.
The Somali Justice Advocacy Center in St. Paul, Minn., said Thursday that connecting Dirie's death to terrorism "is a rush to judgment."
Acquaintances have said Dirie's family came from Somalia as refugees and are now Canadian citizens.

Why, any one of us could be carrying a jar of thousands of lethal doses of Anthrax cultures or cyanide into a hotel room these days.

No, of course not, not if the devotees of the Administration’s beloved TROP are involved...especially if they are dog-vomit Somalis. As we all know, carrying around a pound of cyanide to hotel rooms in foreign countries is an imperative of the superior Somali culture now infesting this country.

The Somali Justice Advocacy Center is the only one in the mix jumping to conclusions or rushing to judgment. The FBI and Denver law enforcement have bent over backwards not to make the link.

He’s not a terrorist if he doesn’t have an official Al Qaeda membership card. If he puts cyanide into food at the Democrat convention and kills hundreds of people, he’s still not a terrorist if he hasn’t been to Afghanistan before 2001. And furthermore Islam is a peaceful religion.
