No. This particular buffalo had packed UP all it’s cares...
...and its woes, too.
It was storing them in one of those P.O.D.S. things so they wouldn’t get away and HAVE to be chased.

No Sir, I saw the perp running out in front of a pursuing patrol car. Not real bright....The car was on grass...they dont stop too good on grass and if you run out in front of one you deserve to be run over. He’s damn lucky he aint dead.
