You can dress them up; but you cannot take them out. Russia has always been run by a bunch of thugs, every since the revolution.They want to entire world to look at them as a world leader, but by and large they are just a bunch of Chicago style Thugs and strong arm men. They have not changed since Joe Stalin and never will.
