Neat article on Army UAVs and their uses.
The UAVs are developing a close support role for combat troops. Other future implications may be the role of UAVs in the USAF on larger and larger platforms, to the size of fighter jets, etc.
An interservice rivalry between USAF and US Army on the UAV assets will evolve, as well as the role of traditonal pilots in certain combat operations and applications.
